The husband and I were both very fit after having Piglet, so fit that 18 months later along came Jr.!
A few months and pounds later, we’ve decided to really work on achieving weight-loss via a well balanced and active lifestyle. We want to get back to our college cuteness.
I will start a diet based on my menstrual cycle and related hormones with a workout plan packed with dance, light weights, and trips to the park with the kids. The husband will be following his own diet plan and workout regime with some overlapping. Hopefully we’ll drop a few and become fit again.
